This workshop provides a formal process for joint problem-solving. You learn how to arrive at decisions more efficiently in a way that gains consensus and reduces the potential for resistance. You learn to address challenging situations and make decisions that everyone can "buy-into" with confidence.

Workshop Contents

• Explore the characteristics/resources necessary to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
  
  
• Determine each team member's decision-making style and realize how each style affects the decision-making process.
  
  
• Identify situations where attitudes and familiar patterns become obstacles to good decision-making and develop ways to overcome these barriers.
  
  
• Review the steps of the decision-making process and apply them to real-life situations.
