Founded in 1985 by President Karen Reitor, Communiqué Productions helps companies grow and transform into more relevant, flexible, successful, thriving organizations. We believe that every day, each employee needs to be given the opportunity to demonstrate leadership on the job. We help facilitate change by tapping into the potential and value each individual brings, and aligning an organization’s strategic plan so that frontline associates and their managers become active participants in that vision.
Our approach is to help guide the organization through a process where individuals are empowered within work teams – where we practice interpersonal skills, communication, team building, problem solving and negotiating skills. Throughout the process, we provide the necessary tools, training and support for success.
We understand that each client and project is unique. Due to the differences in organizational structure, culture, management styles, and how individual and collective team members work and interact, each of our projects—and each of our clients—is unique. We serve as mentor, facilitator and cooperative team member to help ensure a smooth transition to achieve lasting and profound results.

Depending upon the nature and scope of some client projects or initiatives, we may call on our network of subcontractors to assist us. For example, with authorization from the client, we may pull in one of our system programming experts for information management and database work. We may also call on organizational experts to assist with the implementation of technology projects.
We hold our subcontractors to our high standards. While allowing them to deliver their best work for our clients, we maintain oversight, accountability and control of all projects.
