WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT...
Every client is unique to Communiqué. With each client and each situation,
we work at all levels within the organization, from executives to the front line
right from the start. Each team member provides valuable input as to the steps involved in the process and/or the content of the program by sharing their feedback and recommendations. With this input
and participation, we deliver a comprehensive plan and/or program that's on target with the
organization's specific needs and we get commitment and buy-in (a sense of
ownership) from those involved in the process.
When it comes to training, we don't believe in lecture. Our methods result in people actively engaging and participating in their own learning. They learn by doing, and the retention rate is so high, that Communiqué guarantees implementation back on the job. The guarantee is a result of not only our learner-centered and activities-based approach to training, but also the "buy-in" achieved from management and supervision. In the classroom, team members work with their situations and issues and develop solutions
while practicing the learned skills.
